Time for my Thankful Five! My favorite part of the week. You know, Mondays are supposed to be yucky, but doing these Thankful Fives really makes my Mondays full of awesomeness.
- I am thankful that I got to see my son last week, even if it was only a short visit.
- I am thankful for my dad. For too many years I took him for granted.
- I am thankful for having a loving family.
- I am thankful that people really do like what I write.
- I am thankful that Fall is just around the corner.

I'm thankful I got to meet some new family members this weekend.
I'm also thankful the family reunion is over and I don't have to socialize any more.
I'm thankful my husband offered to take my brother and his kids back home so I didn't have to do another 3 hour round trip.
I'm thankful I can go buy groceries tomorrow.
I'm thankful the ants haven't found where I moved the cat food to yet.
